With Dad at work, Mom and Mia had the morning to themselves. We went out for breakfast at Sarah's Table (where we read about cats), to the lakewalk for a morning 3 mile walk, throwing rocks into the water, Tahoe swam and fetched sticks, and the Mia was asleep in 2.2 seconds once we got back to the car.
